End-User License Agreement

This EULA covers your use of UtiliTrix software products. By installing or using a UtiliTrix plugin, you agree to the following terms.

Grant of license

UtiliTrix grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on machines you own or control, for personal or commercial music-production work. License is per-purchaser, not per-machine.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the software. You may not share your license key with third parties.

No warranty

Software is provided "as is." UtiliTrix does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with future DAW or OS versions, or that the software is free from defects.

Limitation of liability

UtiliTrix’s total liability under this EULA is limited to the amount you paid for the software.

Updates

Free updates are provided within a major version (e.g., 1.x). Upgrades to new major versions may require a separate purchase.
