These terms govern your use of utilitrix.com and any UtiliTrix services. Use of UtiliTrix software products is governed separately by the EULA.

Purchases

Purchases on utilitrix.com are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and fraud prevention on our behalf. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle’s buyer terms in addition to ours.

Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee on every UtiliTrix purchase. Email support@utilitrix.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days through Paddle.

Acceptable use

Don’t resell our software, distribute pirated copies, or use the website to send unsolicited communications.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced on utilitrix.com. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
